Assault can be taken at 1/2 scoop which isn't more than 175 mg of caffeine. Same can be said about hemo rage ultra and some of the other small dose pre workout supplements.

Dear Spacevt,
I got another question concerning Creatine. I heard a lot about the benefits of creatine but i am a little bit confused about the water retention caused by supplementing the diet with creatine.
I mean after a given cycle of creatine and once u stop the supplementation of creatine, do we risk to loose the shape and the muscle mass which we have gain because of the creatine intake? if yes, does this lose will be dramatic? and what is the best kind of creatine to start with (monohydrate, micronised monohydrate, magnesium chelate, etc...)?
thanks a lot and a have a nice day.
